Do you make custom cutters

Yes! We make custom cutters with the design and measurements that you specify. The 3D design deadline depends on the time it takes you to respond to our emails. It takes us between 1 and 3 days to make the designs.

How do I take care of my cutters?

Do not bend your cutters. The cutting edge is a 0.4mm bevel for sharp cuts, being so thin it is susceptible to breaking if bent or not properly cared for. We are not responsible for damage to the cutter due to misuse or care. Do not place any objects on top of your cutters. When using, press gently. Wash gently with soap and water. These are only intended for use with polymer clay for cutting.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Packages are usually shipped within 5 business days; however, due to high order volume at times, please allow up to 10 business days.

What do I do if it says my package says delivered but I haven't received it?

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. You will need to contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen products.

The clay sticks to my cutter. What should I do?

We recommend using a light coating of cornstarch (cornstarch) on the clay surface or "dipping" the cutter in it before using it. Use a soft brush to remove excess cornstarch.
