DELIVERY TIME
We all love shopping online and getting our order as soon as possible so we can try out our new products — that’s why we work as quickly as we can to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Product processing time is 1 to 3 business days, although it may vary depending on the volume of orders. Delivery time of shipping company depends on country, usually shipping time is 1-6 business days. Please note that during promotional periods or campaigns such as Halloween, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday, these delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please note that product launches, promotional periods, weekends, and public holidays are excluded. During these times, orders will be processed on the next business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We make it easy for you!
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), followed by another email with your tracking number (including a link to the courier’s website). Finally, the courier will contact you by SMS or email to inform you about the delivery of your order.
You can also check the status of your order through the “My Account” section under your order history.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can have your order delivered to any address you choose at the time of purchase.

Returns
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The easiest way to return an item is to contact our Customer Service department.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return your item(s). Returns must be made in their original, unaltered packaging. Please note that personalized products CANNOT be returned due to their customized nature.
WHAT CONDITIONS MUST THE PRODUCT MEET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service at info@lylotools.es and let us know what happened. Once your case has been reviewed, we will either refund the cost of the product or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
If you wish to return one or more products, they must NOT have been used or altered under any circumstances. If you are returning a product because you did not like it or it did not meet your expectations, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
If there is no justified reason for returning the product, you will be charged the collection fee.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been approved, you will receive your refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
After the return has been approved (all products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging), you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been processed.
Please note that credit card refund processing times always depend on your bank.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Please contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
lylotools.es reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Public Holidays
On the following non-working days in 2020, orders placed in our online store will be processed on the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
